clutch

2003 600 HO summit ZX, THe clutch engages at around 5100-5200 rpm. according to the manual it should be at 4100. I had the clutch apart, cleaned everything, there was no unusual wear and everything is stock. Is there something i else should be looking for? (pulley spacing or alignment, etc...)...

i was told to adjust my clickers higher to get the optimum rpms, and i tried but they wont turn to the 4,5,6 settings. anyone had this trouble? i dont really want to torque on them. any help thanks.

Just saw these on D&D's website. Theyre Magna Force weights. Similar to cutlers weight but they use magnets. So is anyone using these? Id like to find out the goods and bads about them.

How are the clutches/belts holding up to a boosted 1200? I see that the 12 uses the TRA4 (I think) primary..that could be a plus in itself. I honestly never had many belt/clutch issues on my '05 Rev, but I ran a Team 2ndary...and lots of clutch side venting... Also, any chain/chaincase related...
