no way, however I have been stockpiling shell gas cards. I tell my fam to get me those for birthday, fathers day, xmas. Makes it a little easier come riding season.

just checking to see what kind of adjustments some people have been making because gas seems to be putting a strangle hold on alot of things in life right now. I have also been considering what and where i will be riding this year due to the gas prices, since it will cost a ton just to get to your destination.

Maybe pick up a sled deck so I don't always have to tow a fourplace.........but then I can only split the gas two ways instead of four!?!

I put a sled deck on last winter and My fuel Bill dropped alot, I leave my house in southern Idaho With a enclosed 4 place trailer and go to Tog, Wy I use to have to fuel In Idaho Falls And top some off in Jackson Hole before going up the Hill. But now with a sled deck I can go All the way on one tank of Fuel..It makes a big Difference..It is worth purchasing a Sled Deck...

We used to haul av gas and after seeing how dirty the inside of tanks are after unloading I would never run av gas.

I run C16 but am really tired of what I'm paying in Cowtown!

I'm thinking about buying a Hummer H2, it would look nice parked next to my V10 Dodge in the driveway ! lol. gas prices stop me from sledding ? Pffft....

My son got a V10 given to him out of a 3/4 ton and he had his tape measure out trying to see if he can get it into his Dakota. kids!!!!!

That honestly sounds like a pretty good idea ... I don't know, what does a sled deck for a short bed truck run?

I guess if I were to get a sled deck I could use the enclosed for summer storage of the sleds and winter storage for the quad ...

Sled Decks

I have a Toyup Sled deck for sale,I bought a New Deck. It was for a Long box truck but I modified it to fit either a short box or long box truck. I only have long track sleds so I modified my deck to fit either truck I wanted to put it in..I only want $900.00 for the deck and I have the super clamps to go with it...

ARTIC CAT BUM, what kind of truck are you using for a tow rig? I only have a 2 place open so I doubt I'd gain much in MPG by using a deck, but I'm tired of replacing the tires every other day. I might be interested in your deck as well.

I will be glad when sled season starts I have been writing a check every week for 11,000 to 12,000 a week for a fuel..Can't wait for them 500 to 700 dollar sled trips..Maybe it will keep the average Joe of the Hill and More Powder for the ones the Who love it...Also Looking for a couple of Buddy's that want to go to Revelstoke this winter for a WEEK long trip, Have Enclosed Five place trailer and Nice Dually to trip in, I'll Pay for the FUEL...LOL

I have a Ford F250 Lifted with 35's with a Deck on it, I have a Dually to Pull My Trailer,Because most of the time we Haul 5 sleds in the Trailer, This Year I bought a different deck to put on the Dually so I can pull the trailer also..I like to take extra sleds when I go out with buddys so we don't have to go back home if we brake...
