How's winter going where you're at?

Currently, here in the Sierras- not great. Had an early stsrt to the season, started riding mid- November. The usual Christmas-New Year's dumpers never arrived. January looks to be a bust as well. There is snow out there but it's all set up as weather has been nice and sunny. Good base but we desperately need some fresh before I want to get back out there.

Southern MN is an absolute joke again this year. No snow at all. I never expect alot and trips west are the fix, but at least a few trail or ditch rides locally would be nice!

northern BC absolutely sucks, have not been out yet. running water and mud on 1 access trail other areas have little to low snow and you cant access the riding area

I thought BC was having a decent year this season?

-26 this morning with 3" of snow on the ground. Nothing coming in the 10 day forecast. At this rate the sleds may never leave the trailer this year.

We’ve gotten over 200” so far but have been stuck in a high pressure ridge for a couple weeks and looking like a couple more before snow returns.

Keep the faith fellas. This isn't the first 'dry January' and it certainly won't be the last

So far Florida has us beat for snowfall ...
Starting to build in the west coast of the island now though

Pretty much sucks , only ride was a late November search and rescue of a 20 year old off of the Pacific Crest trail in a flippin blizzard with 3' of snow took all night but we found him and got him out alive , he went back to Texas with a greater respect for winter and life for that matter !! Brought the new 858 home yesterday , only hope to get to ride it this year , only sleds to see snow this year is the King Cat and the M6 pretty pathetic snow pack so far in the Northern sierras 😩😩

Interior BC had the best early season snowpack and building up to Christmas in recent few years. A little weird cause there's little/no snow in the valleys/towns/at lake level, but the mountains did well and there was lots of good riding. Now we are 3 weeks into the January dry-spell that seems to be quite predictable - there is a great base there for when it starts snowing again, which looks to be about a week out. If Feb and March produce good snowfall (which they often do), there is potential for some really good riding. That said - in town, the lack of snow is extremely rare, and a bit of a bummer for the kids to play in the yard, go tobogganing, etc. Also it's ugly to look at, and feels a little ominous for fire season if it stays the course. Guess we'll see!

Well, our 3" in EC MN is pretty much gone now except where it may have drifted. +44 forecasted for tomorrow. Still no meaningful snow in the forecast. The season is nearly 1/2 done and the fat lady is thinking of singing.

Central Alberta is good. We've had more snow than we have in years without the frequent melts. I mean, it's not the mountains for terrain, but at least we can use the sleds when its not too flipping cold!
