05 RMK 900 No spark

I picked up an infamous POS RMK 900 for dirt cheap with no spark. Replaced stator and all wiring checks out. (Nothing rubbed through)
I’m getting amps when turning it over from where it goes into the coils, but no spark at plugs.
I have tried unhooking everything at the bars to bypass with no luck. Chassis ground looks great.
Anybody have any ideas on what could be my no spark issue?
CDI?
Bad coils?
TPS?

If it was an 05 800, then I would first replace the coil because they are cheap. Re screw in the plug caps and full twist. Clean the plugs with brake cleaner and blow dry. The temperature sensor on top of the engine, generally does not kill the engine if bad, until the engine warms up. If you could swap out the CDI with a running sled, you can find out whether that is bad. If you disconnect the kill switch, and try starting it, that would tell you whether the kill switch is bad. Same with the ignition switch. The only thing that has to be plugged in to the main wiring harness is the CDI harness, the stator and the voltage regulator, in order for the engine to run. The CDI wiring harness may have some wires that have become broken or disconnected. After checking all of that and you still cannot get it running, I would buy a main wiring harness off of Ebay and plug in just the minimum to that harness. Buy the cleanest one you can find on Ebay, which tends to indicate the lowest mileage.

Have you figured out what the problem is or was yet?
