Sandpoint Snocross and Hillcross April 18th & 19th 2009

Guys just wanna get this straight "classes will be 6-7-8-open stock,6-7-8-open mod"
This is it for the hillcross ? no impoved class? Is stock, stock and everthing else mod? Can you please define this a little? we wanna come over but I dont want to run a pipes sled against a turbo or super charged sled.

I'll Second that, I would like to see an improved class, I have twins and reeds on my sled and it's a long drive to get smoked by a full mod or turbo sled.

There will be Stock,Improved,Mod, sign up is at the Lakeview Lodge at the ski area Friday 6:00pm -8:00pm try to sign up then or be at the MWR trailer at 8:00am Saturday, there is lots of snow and the weather is going to be in the 60's with sun

will a regular motocross style chest protector work for the hill cross or do you need a tech vech style?

Thanks to everyone that supported us and made the long trips from home to help make this,I think we now have an annual event to look forward to,more details to come,I will try to get some pictures up soon as soon as I get rested up

BIG THANKS!!! To Jeff and the Sandpoint Club. Awesome venue great weather and a heck of a good time. I believe close to 170 entries in hillcross and snocross. Also a thanks to Schweitzer for use of the area.

Thank you for posting the pictures,it was a great event and it will be bigger next year,we learned alot from everything that went on and have received alot of calls today thanking me for making this happen, thanks

Great Race I agree, but too much carnage. I know it makes for good racing, but its hard on the checkbook. Maybe a little less people at the start line in the finals, and Whoops that don't wreck someone every time. I like the idea of the hillcross though. It is great for spectators. Hopefully next year will be another success and a few more people can get involved with the development of the track etc. p.s. All of the volunteers did a great job.

i thought the whoops section was great on sunday... a lot smoother than saturday. as far as the amount of ppl on the start line.... i'd agree 7 is the max
