Starting today, Rob Hallstrom, Rex Hibbert and Paul Dick will ride their Arctic Cat Norseman snowmobiles pulling sleighs from Grand Rapids, Minn. to Fairbanks, Alaska.
Their trek will start on trail systems in Minnesota into Manitoba where they’ll meet up with a series of trapping trails, rivers and lakes. From there, they’ll travel northwest to the Arctic Ocean at the northern tip of the Yukon. Their journey will take them over the Richardson Mountains where they’ll follow the Porcupine River to Circle, Alaska. The trip will conclude on the famous Yukon Sled Dog Trail which will take them into Fairbanks.
