2019 Summit 600R E-Tec & More Changes

600R E-TEC

  • Ski-Doo’s newest engine replaces the venerable 600 H.O. E-TEC, BRP/Rotax’s first E-TEC powerplant, which was introduced in 2009.
  • 599.4cc two-stroke with mono block cylinder design. Mono block design allows for more area for the transfer ports.
  • Engine is narrower (to fit in the Rev Gen4 platform) by 37mm on the magneto side
  • Additional 5cc over previous 600 H.O.
  • 125 hp, which is 5 more hp than the 600 H.O.
  • eRAVE with 3-position electronically controlled exhaust valve
  • Rotax-exclusive plasma coated cylinders
  • Lightweight, low inertia cranktrain
  • SHOT ready
  • Response is 30 percent quicker compared to the 600 H.O.
