Situation 5
The powerband of an 800 tends to jump out from under you while the powerband of the 600 runs out before you crest the hill.
• When it comes to power, Ski-Doo has the most linear powerband (creating power throughout the entire throttle pull—initiating smoothly on the bottom and keeps building in relationship to the throttle pull).
• Cat has the strongest bottom (maybe because the track hooks up so well) and propels you up on the snow fast.
• Polaris does a great job in getting up on the snow and staying on top of the snow … but it just doesn’t feel as strong as the other two snowmobiles. It does its job. It will get you where you want to go.
