Polaris Vs. Ski-Doo Vs. Arctic Cat

Summit X 850

The 850 E-Tec engine with SHOT technology (something we didn’t even mention because none of the competition has anything comparable) is the perfect design for mountain riding. It’s strong, predictable and user-friendly. We’re not a big fan of engine displacement wars … but the 850 seems to provide a perfect balance between power and weight.

Ski-Doo finishes first because it has the most to offer and it certainly delivers. It works well in terrain, it drives well on the trails. It competes in every category. Whether or not you are a fan of a flexible chassis, there’s something to be said about reducing the amount of energy necessary to maneuver a snowmobile.

Ski-Doo is the easiest to ride … that translates into saving energy for when you need it—plunging through severe terrain while holding an edge to make your line.
