Yamaha factoids!

• Yamaha says it's lowering the price on its 150-horse Apex GT, but the pricing wasn't set by press time. It also gets GYTR dual-clicker front shocks and continues in a blue and white color scheme. The standard Apex model will be offered in candy red and silver, while the rough-trail RTX comes in black with flame graphics.

• The 120-horse Vector, which was moved to the Deltabox II chassis last season, returns with the GT model in black and silver and the standard RS Vector in white and Yamaha blue.

• BNG continues on the entry-level Phazer models. The GT version now coming in black and red, while the rough-trail RTX model comes in a stunning black and orange combo, plus the traditional blue and white. In addition, Yamaha will seal off the rear hole in the tunnel and remove the snow skirt there.

• On the crossover front, the Apex LTX GT gets dual-clicker GYTR front shocks and blue and white graphics, while the standard Apex LTX comes in candy red and silver. Meanwhile, the RS Vector LTX GT (enough letters for you?) goes with black and silver graphics and the standard LTX comes in white and Yamaha blue.

• Touring folks can nab a Venture Lite in new colors, a candy red with silver trim or a blue and silver model. The VK Pro and RS Venture remain unchanged.
