wiseco pistons parent company acquires carrillo industries

Performance Motorsports, Inc., a Dover Diversified company, announced that it acquired Carrillo Industries of San Clemente, California. Carrillo is a manufacturer of steel connecting rods for the performance aftermarket and is the major supplier for professional teams competing in premiere race series including NASCAR and IRL.
