Wisconsin Cat dealer Wild River Road & Trail of Trego, Wisconsin, brought Arctic Cat market from a mere 1.9% in Washburn County to nearly 35%. The market share leader for the county had been Polaris, which sold nearly every second ATV or snowmobile. With the effort put forth by Wild River, the market flip-flopped, reducing the Cat dealer's competition to less than a 22% market share in Washburn County.

The dealership had an impact on the surrounding counties as well, almost doubling Arctic Cat's local market share. Through its effort, Wild River was named Arctic's "Top Cat US Dealer of the Year" for 2001.
