update for wsa phone numbers

Seems that when the World Snowmobile Association moved, they got more than they bargained for. Recurring problems with a local telephone provider has kept them from having a consistent set of phone numbers. If you got our last notice of WSA's address and phone number change, note that the new offices are still in Maple Grove, Minnesota, but the phone numbers have been switched again. With these updated numbers, you'll be able to contact them.
