The trophy in the lobby at International Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. says "The Racing Never Ends." The 15 year tradition continues as the 2006-2007 Woody's Challenge has been awarded to Rock Maple Racing, headquartered in Wilmington, Vt. The $5,000 snocross event will be held at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Malone, N.Y., Jan. 13-14, 2007.
Racers will run heats to determine who will end up in the final. The 16 spots comprising the "Sweet Sixteen" has become a coveted title among snowmobile racers.
Last year's Woody's Challenge was also a snocross race hosted by Rock Maple Racing. "Woody's plans to recreate that excitement with some added surprises this year," Jennifer Sample, Marketing Director said.
