Carl Schubitzke, a veteran snocross rider for Polaris, has signed a one-year deal for next season to ride with the AMSOIL/Polaris/Scheuring Speed Sports team.
Schubitzke will leave the Polaris factory team to join DJ Eckstrom, forming what might be called the "Dynamic Duluth Duo." Both riders are from Duluth, Minnesota and have been friends and competitors in snocross and motocross for many years.
Schubitzke's last WSA snocross victory was at Canterbury Downs in 2002. He missed last season because of a fractured wrist.
