MISCELLANEOUSQ: Why did the '05 Summit RT 1000 buyers get a free 2nd year engine warranty and a $1,000 coupon, while the Mach Z 1000 buyers got nothing? - AmSnow.com member Randelec
Ski-Doo Engineer's Answer: The 2005 Mach Z delivered performance as promised, and in nearly all cases exceeded expectations. On the other hand, the technical issues, weight expectations and late delivery issues that affected the Summit Highmark models more seriously affected these buyers' riding season and enjoyment of their sleds. So we compensated them for that.
Q: I just bought a used 2005 GTX and when sitting on it, the mirrors are pretty useless because all you see are your shoulders. Do you have any fixes? - AmSnow.com member Mxzwild
Ski-Doo Engineer's Answer: For 2006, we have new, longer mirrors that are much more effective. Pick them up at your dealer.
