Snowarama is a series of six fundraising snowmobile rides to benefit the Easter Seals of Manitoba. The first Snowarama 2002 event of the season will be held in Neepawa, MB on Sunday, January 27, 2001 and is hosted by the Prairie Mountain Snow Drifters. It will start at Franklin Hall (approximately 7 miles west of Neepawa on hwy #16 and 1 mile North), with registration between 11:00am and 1:00pm. All are invited to come out and enjoy a family fun day and poker derby! Besides having a great time riding, you might get lucky and win some great prizes- all while you are helping raise funds for Manitoba's children with disabilities.
Entry fee is $45 and riders are encouraged to rev up their engines and raise additional pledges, get your family and friends involved and be a part of the winter event for Easter Seal Kids. Your participation in this recreational event helps make a difference in the lives of more than 1,500 children and young adults with physical disabilities in Manitoba.

·Raise Pledges- It's surprising how quick and easy it is to raise pledges. Each rider needs to raise a minimum of $45.00 in pledge money to participate. Challenge your family, friends and co-workers to meet your goal. Don't forget that all pledges of $15 or more are tax deductible; and there are a lot of prizes as rewards for the riders. Participants are eligible for one entry ballot for terrific prizes if pledges collected total at least $75. For every extra $50, an additional ballot will be entered into a drawing for some terrific prizes courtesy of our wonderful sponsors.
•Check In and Ride- On the big day, check in at the registration desk, hand in your pledge money and be part of this terrific ride and afterwards, sit back and enjoy a fabulous BBQ beef dinner with all the trimmings!
The Easter Seal Society-Manitoba has been helping children with physical disabilities reach their highest level of independence for over 50 years. Today, over 1,500 families rely on The Society to purchase expensive equipment needed for mobility and communication, send kids to summer camp, provide access to information and resources and invest dollars in research and prevention.
