Sno-Camper
Despite a creative effort by General Aluminum Products of Charlotte, Michigan, taking your snowmobiling lifestyle on the road never really caught on with snowmobilers of the 1960s.
The Sno-Camper was designed as a tow-along unit that could be set up in three minutes as a tent camp. The manufacturer claimed the unit would seat up to six adults and could be safely heated with a single catalytic heater. You could even use it as an overnighter with sleeping room for two adults.
The Sno-Camper was designed to fit on any snowmobile trailer or in a pickup for use as a tent camper in the non-snow months.
Sno-Camper came fully assembled and featured bunks, folding Formica table, cover, taillights, wiring harness and a universal 360 degree hitch.
