Johnson Creek, Wisconsin Ski-Doo dealership owner Robert Strauss of Rob's Performance Motorsports, has been named Ski-Doo National Dealer of the Year for the United States.

Strauss received his award in Florida, where more than 600 dealers from the US and Canada and distributors from all over the world came to see and place orders for the new Ski-Doo model snowmobiles.

"This was an incredible year for us," said Strauss. "With 40-inches of snow in December, our snowmobile business escalated to a whole new level."
"We do everything we can to be a cut above the competition, but what it comes down to is the customer," he said. "If you take care of the customer, and treat them with honesty, they will continue to come back."

The Ski-Doo Dealer of the Year Award is based on scores given by district sales managers and the Bombardier service department, dealer performance based on the market share and the Ski-Doo Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The CSI grades dealer performance in key areas, including after-sale service, explanation of the product and service, customer appreciation and vehicle condition at delivery time.
