Ski-Doo classifies its Skandic, Expedition and Tundra lineup as sport-utility sleds now, not just utility. In any case, all Tundras, including the Sport and LT come only with the 550 fan for power as the whole Tundra lineup moves to the lighter REV-X platform.
Other advantages, Ski-Doo says, include 37% more chassis strength, 15% more fuel capacity, and an overall weight savings of 23 lbs. Tundra also has an edgier body style now, a 32-inch wide ski stance, the SC-5M rear skid, and an LTS (Lynx Telescopic front Suspension) for a 31% tighter turning radius than the old Tundra.
