Ski-Doo has made numerous changes for final production sleds. Take a look at what's new.
-Less transfer - coupling block has more adjustment through 4 positions
-Final suspension calibrations include: softer straight progression rate for the front shock springs, and rear shock calibrated for comfort and anti-bottoming.
-Pilot 5.7 skis have single shorter center runner and more forward carbides
-Steering vibration damping system
-Pull cord on all sleds
-Easy to install belt guard
-New strap on top of side panel
-More belt life from clutch changes
-New small end bearing is changed from cageless to cage in Rotax 800R PowerTEK engine. Tight production clearances on main bearing have been adjusted. Thermostat added to improve temperature stability and warm-up time.

-Improved heated grips
