800 Power
The 800 models performed about the same as last year on the dyno. Cat'sZRT 800 was 150 horsepower as were the Ski-Doo Mach Z and Yamaha Vmax-4.However, the 1996 Indy Storm was up substantially from previous versions.It showed 145 horsepower on the dyno pulls versus about 135 hp last season.The new Storm 800 triple benefits from nicasil-lined cylinders and otherinternal mods, but the greatest change comes from the new triple exhaustpipes. This was the best performing Storm we've had at the Shoot-Out.
