Support Vans At Key Events
All four snowmobile manufacturers will have driver support vans and technical assistance available at the major races this season. Yamaha will be the only manufacturer to use a direct factory-backed support vehicle. Arctco, Polaris and Ski-Doo have farmed out the support program but will have factory personnel available at pre-selected race sites.
Yamaha's support trucks are manned by knowledgeable mechanics and technicians and a house a full inventory of specialized parts. The vans are available every race weekend at pre-selected sites and are open to any Yamaha competitor.
Ski-Doo racers will get F.A.S.T. action in the USA and factory parts and service in Canada. Gerard Karpik and his Minnesota-based crew of Ski-Doo technicians will back up the Ski-Doo racing effort at most major USA races. FAST is an "official" unofficial purveyor of Ski-Doo parts and know-how. Gerard and the team have helped develop some of the Ski-Dooes that will be racing this season, so these guys know what they're talking about.

Arctco will field support via Black Magic Motorsports of Thief River Falls, Minnesota. The first year performance shop specializes in go-fast Cat parts and will have Steve Thorsen-built and approved parts for the Formula III Wildcats in addition to other Cat racing products.
