The 2001 "Snow Check" video, which consists of exciting action cinematography and excellent depictions of sophisticated new features on the 2001 Polaris snowmobiles, recently won the first place Gold Camera award from the U.S. International Film and Video Festival, regarded as the leading competition among producers of business and informational videos.
The 2001 "Snow Check" video was shown at Polaris dealerships, sneak preview events and mailed to 140,000 consumers in North America to inform riders about the new 2001 models and let them vicariously enjoy Polaris snowmobiling thrills.
This is the second consecutive year a "Snow Check" video was honored. The 2000 "Snow Check" video received the U.S. International Film and Video Festival's Certificate for Creative Excellence in 1999 as well as a Silver Award from the 1999 Twin Cities International Television Association Film and Video Festival.
The "Snow Check" videos were produced for Polaris by Media Loft Inc., of Minneapolis, MN.
