polaris teams up with dodge

Polaris announced that it has joined forces with Dodge and made a partnership in which the two companies will combine promotional opportunities. That includes shared vehicle placement in advertising, dealerships and special events.
"Dodge drivers exude a sense of adventure, which makes us very excited to begin leveraging the best that both companies have to offer," said Tom Tiller, CEO of Polaris. "...In the end, it's all about making our customers happy."
"Research shows that recreational vehicle owners are loyal truck buyers, so this is a natural for us. We're already looking forward to opportunities to share promotional ideas," said Vice President, Dodge Division, Jim Julow.
The announcement was made Monday, September 25, 2000 to 2,500 Polaris dealers at Polaris' ATV and Personal Watercraft convention in Reno.
