Polaris ponderingsThis sled is really a phenomenal trail sled, and holds its own with most crossovers off-trail. It falls only slightly short of the bigger lugged and longer Backcountry X or Crossfire 8 LE in the powder. However, Polaris also made several RMK editions with shorter 144-inch tracks to compete with the Backcountry and Crossfire in the deeper powder.
Again, there isn't much storage on this sled, but at least there is a belt holder on the clutch cover and a wallet-sized glove box. The Switchback is a heavy crossover sled, but lost 20 lbs. since last year and you won't know it's heavy when you grab a fistful of throttle!
