In a February meeting with Polaris employees, Polaris' CEO and President, Tom Tiller announced the company's new marketing strategy for "the new millennium." It is called, "The Way Out," and is designed to sell consumers not only Polaris products, but the emotions that go along with owning the vehicles which can provide the ability to step away from the daily grind, according to the new campaign.

The new strategy is designed to go along with Polaris' updated mission statement that is emblazoned onto a plaque attached to its new headquarters: "Understand the riding experience. Live the riding experience. Work to make it better."
