Polaris has appointed Bennett Morgan as its new president and chief operating officer. His new responsibilities include internal operations of the company and day-to-day execution, while CEO Tom Tiller will focus on strategic issues and the company's long-term while remaining to be the company's external voice.
Tiller had held these posts since 1999, but Polaris recently decided to split the position into two posts.
Morgan, 41, has worked for Polaris for 18 years, most recently as vice president and general manager of the all-terrain vehicle division. His previous positions in the company include sales, marketing and general management roles, including general manager of the parts, garments and accessory division.
