The Allegheny National Forest is in the comment phase of a Forest Plan Revision. They are requesting clarification on 350 miles of connectors and loops as well as the opportunity to use underground pipeline and utility right of ways.
Comments can be emailed or faxed. The deadline is August 28th. Go to
