Minnesota-based Polaris Industries will become one of the Minnesota Wild's major corporate partners this fall.
The sponsorship includes shared marketing rights, fan interactive promotions, product displays, television advertising, participation in Minnesota Wild events and exciting in-arena activities.
"If you ride a snowmobile, ATV, motorcycle or personal watercraft, you're obviously a thrill-seeker," said Tom Tiller, CEO of Polaris. "Hockey fanatics are thrill-seekers too, so this partnership makes a ton of sense for both Polaris and The Wild."
Minnesota Wild grass roots hockey advisor and hockey great Neal Broten, a native of Roseau, Minn., the original headquarters of Polaris, was at Polaris headquarters in Medina, Minn. to help drop the puck on the partnership. Broten.
