Look, up in the sky! Is it a bird, a plane? No, it's a racy new Cat!

Rumors appear to be true, there WILL be some new Arctic Cat metal flying over the snocross jumps this season. Cat is teasing us with this shadowy preview of its new Sno Pro 600 that will be raced in the upcoming snocross season.

No major details yet on the sled, which may be revealed to Cat racers late this summer. Cat says it has a "featherweight chassis" that will be powered by a 600cc engine designed and built to run on 92 octane fuel. Remember Cat suggests 87 octane for its regular consumer sleds.

Cat also tells us this racer will have an overall 2-inch shorter spindle to rear axle length and 15-inch wide track to give it solid footing on the track.

Cat says that while it had a solid snocross season last year, with more podium finishes in the Pro classes than any Cat team in years, it plans to "crush all competition with an entirely new weapon" this year.

Tall order, but Cat officials seem pretty stoked about this new sled!
