The fifth and final stop on the Indoor Super Snow-Cross World Tour was a big day for Blair Morgan. The Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan hosted the final stop of the Tour before 14,000 snocross fans. Blair Morgan on his Arctic Cat took the checkered flag in both the Pro-Open and the Pro 500 classes. The Pro-Open final was a 20 lap race in which Morgan took an early lead, then continued to lap almost the entire field. Todd Wolff and Chris Vincent carried the Ski-Doo flag strong, finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively.

In the Pro 500 class, Morgan started the race from the back row. He eventually moved up to pass the entire field to take the checkered flag. Josh Zelinski, also riding Arctic Cat, finished strong to take 2nd, and Todd Wolff finished 3rd.

Arctic Cat continued its dominance in the women's class, as Jennifer Blauw inched ahead of Jessica Cameron and Nicole Nicholas, both riding Ski-Doo.

Simon Belzile on Ski-Doo won the Semi-Pro class with Donald Leddy and Kevin Shirley, both on Arctic Cat finishing 2nd and 3rd.

In the children's 120 class (age 4-7) it was a clean sweep for Ski-Doo, as Richard Grey wedged ahead of Kevin Brand and Aimee Wright. In the 8-12 age group Mitchell Wirtanen on his Ski-Doo pulled ahead of Allen Sandborn and Jeff Brand each on Polaris.

With this being the fifth and final race of the 2000 Indoor Super Snow-Cross, it was time to figure who would win the 2000 Porche Boxter in the Pro Open class. Arctic Cat's Serge Audet took an early lead in the points standings powered by his early victories in Montreal and Toronto and came out on top-winning the Boxter. Serge won in excess of $25,000 and a Porsche Boxster in the five-race series.

In the Semi-Pro Class, Ski-Doo's Simon Belzile ended the series with a victory, securing his overall points championship. As his reward five consecutive top five finishes, he was given a brand new Sea-Doo Speedster SK with a retail value of over $26,000.

Earl Reimer on Arctic Cat edged team-mate Blair Morgan to take the Pro 500 points championship and a thousand dollar check. Earl's victory in Toronto as well as a strong finish in Minneapolis proved to be the difference in the final standings.

In the Pro Women's Class Becky Matthews finished top 5 in all 4 of the races she competed in, including a victory in Toronto, to claim the Women's overall championship. Becky also received a check for a thousand dollars for her first place honors.

The Indoor Super Snow-Cross World Tour had a total purse of over $250,000 in cash and prizes. The 2001 Indoor schedule will be announced at the end of April. For off-season updates, check www.supersnow-cross.com.
