The Can-Am Racing Circuit's fund-raiser for Arctic Cat's Canadian Race Coordinator, Jamie Anseeuw, is still accepting donations for its silent auction and benefit to be held June 18, 1999 near Winnipeg.
Anseeuw suffered spinal injuries in a race accident in March. He is doing well, but the road to recovery will be a long one. The Can-Am Racing Circuit has two fund-raisers planned for this year to help Anseeuw and his family.
Tickets to the event are available by calling the Can-Am Racing Circuit's hotline at 204/772-5300. Tickets are $15 for those attending the event, and $10 for non-attending tickets. The non-attending ticket-holders' names will be entered into a drawing for a door prize.
The event will be held at the Oak Bluff Recreation Center, Oak Bluff, Manitoba.
