At a press conference held at the Minneapolis snow show, Warnert Racing announced the formation of its Millennium Super Team effort. Racers Chris Vincent and Todd Wolff will race out of the independent camp. Each racer will have his own 53-foot Feathrlight trailer to house his mechanics and equipment.
"It was important from the outset," said Warnert Racing Vice President Mark Warnert, "that we contracted riders who are considered the best in the world, to put our program on top in pro snocross racing. We feel that signing X-Games champion Chris Vincent and twice champion of the Warroad 500, Todd Wolff, will be our greatest strengths this season."
The Warnert Racing team will be sponsored by Bombardier's Formula XP-S synthetic oil, Ryde FX, Energy Release, Halvor Lines, Mechanix Wear, Goodwin Performance, Woody's, Castle Sales and Tek Rider.
