How To: Install an Aaen Mega Power Silencer on a Nytro1. Remove seat and rear panels. (4 bolts and side-panel screws)
2. Find 3 rubber grommets on the muffler shield and remove them. Through those 3 holes are 2 bolts and the stock muffler clamp, loosen the clamp and remove the bolts.
Remove the 2 Allen screws holding the rear of the stock muffler in place.
3. Remove stock exhaust.
4. Install new L-bracket to right-side rear muffler mount using stock bolt.
5. Use new supplied gasket and stock clamp to install muffler.
6. Install front bracket to crossbar using stock bolt and rubber bushings.
7. Using new supplied bolt, nut and washers; bolt muffler to new L-bracket at rear of sled.
8. Install the stock bolt with bushings and rubbers then tighten muffler clamp.
9. The new T-bracket is for the rear plastic nose cone. Bolt the new T-bracket to the nose cone with stock Allen screws and the supplied 6mm lock nuts.
10. Bolt the bracket and nose cone to the rear stock muffler mount on sled using stock Allen screws.
11. The rear chrome end piece can be positioned to the center of the opening by simply loosening the 6 Allen screws, adjust and then re-tighten.
12. Remove 2 bolts through top of thin metal shroud below seat and bolts on the outsides.
QUICK TIP: If you put the stock exhaust back in the sled, assemble the pipe and shroud with rubber grommets as one piece while not attached to the tunnel. Then, attach the whole thing as one piece, rather than trying to fit the exhaust in after everything else is attached.
