Sales might be up for the Cat, but earnings continue to drag behind last year. In in effort to lower cost structure and align resources with current business conditions, Arctic Cat is cutting back its workforce nearly 4%.
Though it was a tough decision, Cat is eliminating around 65 positions from its Thief River Falls, Minn., facility.
