international snowmobile hall of fame to induct 5 more

There will be five new inductees to the International Snowmobile Hall of Fame. The ceremony will be Saturday, March 1, 2008 at Wendigo Lodge in Grand Rapids, Minn.

John Popoff, nominee from Saskatoon, Sask., Canada will be inducted for his dedicated volunteer efforts as a program organizer. Barry Bradshaw, nominee from Canora, Sask., Canada will be inducted for his volunteer efforts as a program organizer. Terrence Kehoe, nominee from Mount Albert, Ont., Canada will be inducted for his efforts in promoting snowmobiling. He was founder and publisher of Ontario Snowmobile Magazine, Atlantic Snowmobiler Magazine and Supertrax Magazine. Jerry and Nancy Hanson, nominees from New Hope, Minn., as a couple will be inducted for their volunteer efforts in promoting snowmobiling on the state, national and international levels.

International Groomer Operator of the Year recognition program award, developed and sponsored by Arctic Cat, and co-sponsored by the International Snowmobile Hall of Fame, will recognize a very special individual during the weekend events.

Activities include one of the World's Largest hands-on trail Grooming Demo, Old Snowmobile Expo show, Ride with the Legends hosted by the Antique and Classic Snowmobile Clubs of America, the Antique and Classic Snowmobile Club of Canada and the Antique Snowmobile Society.
