For the first time in the history of Supercross, a national trail access grassroots group hosted a land-use education booth. Volunteers from the Warrior's Society Mountain Bike Club along with the BlueRibbon Coalition informed people about the importance of responsible recreation at the Anaheim Supercross in January 2004.
The BlueRibbon Coalition signed up new members and gave them a chance to win a free riding jersey, while the Warrior's explained the importance of fans of the sport to be involved with the BlueRibbon Coalition's efforts and programs that keep federal forest land open for recreational activities.
