Recently, a group of Polaris employees at its Osceola, Wisconsin location have completed the first set of classes towards receiving an Associates Degree in Supervisory Management.
The classes are being taught on-site through Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC). The students are required to complete four phases to earn their degree. Each phase is rewarded with a Certificate.
Enrollment this year shows more than a 100% increase over last year. Plans for future courses include allowing Polaris employees to earn an Associates Degree in Quality Control.
