Secondary/Driven Spring Help
Q:Is there a secondary spring (2006 Ski-Doo X roller secondary) that is a slightly softer finish than the Ski-Doo black/purple? I can’t seem to find the rate of this spring anywhere. Also, what’s the rate for the blue? –

A:The Ski-Doo purple secondary spring is 225-303 pds the Ski-Doo blue has a weaker finish rate, but is weaker all the way through. Most stock Doo springs have about the same finish rate but less initial rates in pds and most of the aftermarket springs are more stought. 175-214 is the blue, there is some good info on Goodwin’s site for stock Ski-Doo spring values and some of their performance springs -
