That was my common phrase as Kevin Allred, Todd Labrum and I headed toward Daniels Summit for AmSnow's 2002 Powder Sled Playoffs and Mountain Mod Showcase.
This truck offers two key ingredients the other builders do not offer, a gasoline-quiet motor and a five-speed Allison automatic transmission. This tranny is the same transmission large truck builders place in their products. If a 10-wheeler diesel powered dump truck has an automatic transmission in it, chances are it's an Allison and is near the same GM uses in its Duramax equipped pickup.
