Cat spokesman say the creation of the ZL 600 EFI SS esr comes as a result of both dealer and consumer demand. It also points to the growing popularity of quick and nimble, but fully "loaded" sports sleds. This is a very familiar refrain for truck dealers who rarely sell "stripper" trucks anymore, but keep plenty of 4x4s around with heated leather seats, CD players and all the amenities today's consumer demands.
