The zero-emission winner of the Clean Snowmobile Challenge is currently helping support climate research projects at the Greenland Environmental Observatory at Summit Camp at the top of the Greenland Ice Sheet. This area is so remote you need to get flown in. It is important to keep the snow here as pure as possible for research purposes, so in comes the Bucky EV, the electric snowmobile built by students of the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering.

Using the Bucky EV in real-world conditions will help in developing improvements for this sled.
