BRP and Blair Morgan Racing Team have agreed to a 2-year contract extension that assures that snowmobile racing's leading name will remain associated with Ski-Doo through the 2008 season.
Morgan, a native of Saskatchewan, has won three X Games golds (including this past season) and eight WSA championships. Morgan finished fourth in the Pro Stock class this year.
Morgan has been leading the Ski-Doo team's charge since 2001 and notes that he now has raced more Ski-Doos than any other make. He's happy to have a 2-year deal too, although terms weren't disclosed to the public.
"The people at BRP are committed to winning, to pushing technology farther than anyone else," Morgan said in a release.
BRP echoed the excitement of keeping Morgan's team in the fold. BRP's Pierre Arsenault said Morgan's team has been an integral part of Ski-Doo's racing success… "and we're looking forward to more success over the next two years."
