With former Team Arctic manager Joel Hallstrom's promotion to Snowmobile Product Manager, Arctic Cat has chosen to replace him with 12-time Eagle River World Champion Brian Sturgeon. An 18-year veteran of snowmobiling, Sturgeon brings a vast wealth of experience to his new position.
As the top racer for T/S Racing Team, he has experienced a variety of snowmobile racing venues - including cross country, enduro, drags, snocross. His greatest success and most victories came on the iced ovals where he led Arctic Cat's racing resurgence.
Sturgeon is not limited to racing experiences. For the last few years, he was sales manager for Black Magic Motorsports, a high performance motorsports firm specializing in go-fast products for Arctic Cat products.
In his role as Team Arctic manager, he will manage and coordinate Cat's sled racing, driver development programs, and assist in product planning and product development.
