Sleighs too

Mike didn't just make Power Toboggans at his plant, he also made SnoKing sleighs. Like the sleds, he would custom paint the sleighs in whatever color the customer wanted and would graciously match the color of the customer's Power Toboggan if they wanted. His sleighs were very sturdy and durable enough to be used by trappers, fishermen and hunters. The last Power Toboggans were built by Mike in the early 1960s. His final version was called a Wildcat and was powered by a German JLO 372cc motor. On this sled he placed the motor up front and the machine saw a top speed of 45 to 50 mph.

The Wildcat was considered very modern looking for its time. Best estimates put total production by Mike and his crew at the Brokenhead, Manitoba, plant at around 400 Power Toboggans with production running throughout the late 1940s, '50s and wrapping up in the early '60s.
