bombardier announces stock dividend

Bombardier's Board of Directors recently declared dividends to its shareholders of record at the close of business on January 18, 2002. Class A and Class B shareholders will receive $.045 per share. Series 2 Preferred shareholders will receive a quarterly dividend of $.34375 per share. All dividends will be payable on January 21, 2002.
