blair morgan wins x games snocross

In the Winter X Games Snocross final, Blair Morgan took over the lead in the 14th lap of the race to become the first athlete ever to win 5 Winter X Games gold medals in one discipline.

Levi Lavalle (Polaris) finished second, followed by Ross Martin (Polaris) in third in the race that was held Tues., Jan 31 in Aspen/Snomass, Colo. This was a first Winter X Games medal for both Lavalle and Martin.

Morgan also won the race in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005, and placed second in 1999 and 200, while bringing home a bronze in 2004.
