arctic cat vice president leaves post

Arctic Cat's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Robert Bonev left the company yesterday after five years with the Thief River Falls, Minn., maker of snowmobiles and ATVs.
No successor has been named yet. In the interim, Cat's CEO Christopher Twomey is taking the marketing helm and will also call on Marketing Communications Manager John Tranby and Media Relations Specialist Kale Wainer to fill the gap.
"We appreciate Robert's contributions during his tenure at Arctic Cat and wish him well in his future endeavors," said Twomey.
Bonev was one of the integral Cat representatives who worked to make the Snow Blast event in West Yellowstone, Mont. a reality. The event has drawn several thousand snowmobilers to West Yellowstone the past two years. The event featured everything from demo rides to country music concerts and fireworks.
