A local Thief River Falls, Minn. Prom couple entered the Prom Duct Tape scholarship contest where they fabricated a tuxedo and prom dress entirely out of Duck brand Duct Tape. On top of that, they chose an Arctic Cat green color with Arctic Cat logos. You can vote for couple #3726 at
